Usage
PHOSAL® P 50 has a high content of phospholipids from non-GMO soy, dissolved in MCT oil. Like PHOSAL® H 50, the product can be used as an emulsifier and to stabilize liquid formulations. Since the product has a high phospholipid content, it can also be used as a natural source of choline.
